The Hobart team are so caring and hit every point of the customer experience. Both Lana and Harry were super concerned when a customer accidentally dropped a glass - not for the product but for the customer. They dropped everything they were doing to make sure the customer wasn’t injured and Lana immediately fixed the hazard. Harry was brilliant on the till. So lovely to receive such genuine customer service, despite it being a very busy stock day!

I found the service at typo phenomenal I was served by the darker skin gentleman I believe his name was Damien, he was extremely informative about the stock they receive and how items go on sale as well as informed me on the benefit of becoming a member. Absolutely loved his energy too! Will definitely come again.
